Please take in account that it is your own responsibility to keep track on the provided track & trace and picking up the item if needed. All items that will be returned to us are not liable for a refund and new shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

For customers from countries where certain shipping methods are not available, we will pick a suiting one and if not possible, we will always refund you.
